G\u00fclenay Sar\u0131 was born in Ankara, Turkey, in 1984. She studied Fine Arts at the renowned Gazi University in Ankara from 2002 to 2006 and graduated with a diploma.<\/p>

She has been living and working as a freelance artist in Cologne since 2006. At the same time, she teaches art at the M\u00fcngersdorfer Gymnasium in Cologne.<\/p>

Her artistic work is strongly characterised by abstract painting. She develops emotional, dynamic and colour-intensive compositions on canvas that create an intense field of tension between technique and feeling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
